Bis-kut
No, I refuse to spell it as "biscuit". You only get the emotion when you say bis-kut.
Without it, all evening snacks would be... I don't know what to say, I have never had just plain chai.... ever. Let's just say it is blasphemous to do so. Their coupling would topple the popularity of Viruksha, easily. (Although, not as cute)

But you can have bis-kut alone, any time of the day, anywhere in the world. It is sort of a universal food, (kind of like Maggi) and it takes no effort to make... because it is pre-baked. But unfortunately, they don't possess the power (or the nutritional value tbh) to be a meal (if you brave enough, it can be, not advised). I once had one entire packet of bis-kuts for dinner because there wasn't good food in the mess... My stomach disagreed with the choice of food, and a few hours later gave me a piece of its mind.

There is a clear cut method to eat a bis-kut.
- Take bis-kut out
- Hold it from one side
- Dip it in desired fluid, chai recommended (unless you are my roommate, he uses water. Crazy dude)
- Make sure it gets properly moist (But not too much)
- Pick it up and eat your Michelin star flour-based baked food product.
If step 4 is done correctly, the taste of the bis-kut just reaches.... perfection.
BUT
If you mess up step 4, you will get to see your bis-kut sink like Jack in Titanic. The only difference, this is more painful.

Food companies have also seen our love for bis-kuts. They are currently ruining it by filling them with cream and whatnot. But nothing can beat the OG ones. And if you want to see the OG bis-kuts, go to any road-side chai-walla, they have the whole universe there. From that I remember, do you know doesn't have the entire universe of bis-kits, even though it should? This thing below; Sewing equipment for bis-kuts.
Pretty little liars
This is the end, I can't believe I wrote an entire piece on biscuits (yes, I give up). iteez wateteez (If you got that reference, get some help)
